First, may I thank you for taking the time to visit our school website.
On behalf of the children, staff and governors, it is my great pleasure, as Head Teacher, to welcome you to Inkberrow Primary School. We hope that you can easily find all the information you need.
In September 2019, we opened our doors as a Primary School and we are excited to welcome our first Year 5 class: Kestrels. In September 2020, we will take our first Year 6 class: Owls.
We are a vibrant, village school set in the beautiful village of Inkberrow. Our strong community and parental links ensure that our children are fully immersed in what our village has to offer. We are proud of all our achievements and we continue to promote the highest of educational standards. In our most recent OfSTED inspection, in 2014, we received an Outstanding grading.
Parents, governors, children and staff worked together to produce a school motto that reflects our aims and school ethos. This motto ‘Love to learn, learn to care’ is displayed throughout the school and underpins all our school policies.
Over the last few years, through Inky the Owl, we have promoted the following five Good Learner characteristics across the school with considerable success. Our children understand how to be good learners and apply these skills across the school.
Our five Good Learner characteristics are:
- Organised and ready to learn
- Well behaved
- Determined to try their best and not give up
- Keen to learn
Please take the time to browse our website and find out more about us. You are more than welcome to visit us, see our school first hand and meet our wonderful staff and children. You can arrange a visit by contacting the school office.
